A. At the moment to see sub-pages you do need to swap the job type across to the custom type which will then show the sub-page, so just publishing the new page and choosing 'edit' to bring into a current job isn't enough. 

To swap the job type change the client type on the client view page (the drop-down box after the client name where you edit the client details). You may then if you wish swap it back or swap it to another job type and it will stay visible.

We are considering changing this to something a bit more logical :)
