Q. Is it possible to archive clients no longer with our firm to free up space for new clients?

A. Once a job has been completed and rolled over your final PDF should be copied to a secure location - this is your archive version which includes all the attachments that have been uploaded. If the client has left the firm you may then delete the client (from the drop-down next to the client name on the client view page).

This frees up space to add a new client. 

There is no advantage in keeping a client active when they have left the firm, as the job should have been rolled within 60 days of sign-off and so the file cannot be changed for the completed year anyway. 

So there is no separate "archive" function in Audit Assistant.
