This evening from 10:00pm to approximately 12:00am Audit Assistant will be down while are transferring to our new Sitehost dedicated server. This should provide a higher level of reliability also with scope for greater caching within the RAM and local storage leading to more efficient and faster processing as we develop features around the much higher capabilities of the new server. It will also allow us to add some additional features we have been working on.

Update -

We have moved our server to Sitehost. Their assistance with set-up has been excellent and they have a very good reputation in the industry. In the process we have upgraded to a considerably larger and more powerful dedicated server. This should mean that we will be able to increase our local processing features and cope well with increased traffic for a considerable time. Sitehost operate from two locations in Auckland and have overseas backup in Germany.

We do apologise for the outage and will do our uttermost to ensure that this type of interruption never happens again.
