There was a problem with hard-copy attachments where on roll-over the references from the prior year were maintained - which potentially left gaps in the referencing. We have now added an option where you can select "edit" on a manual attachment and there is a tick-box to re-generate the reference. This will move the reference back to the first available empty space.
