What about a library of Excel pages (various reconciliations, calculations etc) and documents (sample engagement letters, audit reports etc) that could be accessed say from the 'attachments' option. The pages would then open for editing and then be attached to the audit file?

This could be useful especially if firms can add their own templates so that all the staff are pulling from the same template base which only needs updating at one location.
