A. This was an error where published customised pages were displaying a different sequence in the client workbook than in the master. This affected both the placement of headings and sequence of work items under a heading.  

We have now discovered the source of this error and fixed it.

In order to correct these pages you will need to re-publish the master pages where the sequencing error has occurred. To re-publish you will need to change something minor on the page (or just select edit on any item then push save). This will bring up the 'publish' dialog. Once you have re-published the master the work-paper at the client will show a new page available, adopt the new page and you will get the correct sequencing.
