A. This was an unforeseen side-effect of changing the permissions system so that data could update even when pages were concluded (say when a journal is posted how it updates all the pages where that data appears) so it does the same thing with management points created after the management letter page has been concluded leaving boxes that must be completed.
We will perhaps need to either give a warning that users need to check this for themselves or think of another way to do it. In the meantime just be aware that if you do create a management letter point you will need to go back and address that on the management letter page - especially if that page has already been concluded.
