A. Cloud hosting services are by Sitehost. Their terms and conditions are here. They host for us but the long-term storage of client attachments and work-papers is on Amazon S3 (part of Amazon.com). Their terms and conditions are here.

Longer term our goal is to host fully on Amazon S3 as their service is superb and international. Our code is backed up through Github who also provide revision control.
