Operation problems on Monday and Tuesday are to be addressed tonight

Unfortunately our transfer to the Amazon Server in California has not proved successful with the system throwing up numerous problems under load since the weekend. Please accept our apologies for this.

These are issues that didn't surface in our testing until we had multiple users on the site at once. There may also have been other factors but rather than try to repair 'on the fly' while everyone is trying to get jobs done we are switching back to our NZ server at Orcon tonight.

This will mean some down-time this evening. We are aiming at a window from 9:00pm to 1:00am tonight (18 Jan 2011).

So tomorrow we should be back to normal operation.
