We have recently made some changes to some issues that users alerted us about:

1. On rollover default prior year conclusions became the default conclusions for the new year. We have changed it so that all default conclusions remain as the original standard conclusions in subsequent years.
2. When a user clicks Export PDF or a prior year, it would open with the browser. We have now changed this so that they will always download, thus avoiding some of the display issues users were encountering. 
3. When a user customised a work-paper and removed a sub-page the sub-page option would still appear in the client view of the custom page. Users can now override this by going back to the master and editing that work item to the action "comment". This will force the client view to only display a comment box even though there is a sub-page available (more on this in the solutions area).
4. Previously sometimes 'orphaned' pages would appear in the index which had no 'parent' so were unable to be deleted. These occurred where custom parent page had been substituted which did not have that sub-page attached. Users are now warned that the page is an orphan and have the option to delete orphaned pages.
