If you get an error while uploading the trial balance check the following:

1. There may be columns called code, name (or account), current (or two columns called debit and credit), budget and prior, but there must be at least the name. If you are having trouble with importing check that these headings are used, as no other names are currently acceptable and there must not be any more columns that listed above.
2. Every column of data must include a heading. There are limited options for what these may be called (see above).
3. If you have checked all of the above and it is still not importing, email the file to support and we will take a look.
4. If some of the trial balance is missing, it is likely due to duplicated account codes/names. All accounts must have unique codes or names.
