Q. How are pages shared with third parties (e.g. Internal Control Checklists)?

A. On the page you wish to share click on ‘share’ in the bottom right corner. A dialog appears where the name and email address of the person you want to have access is added (or an existing contact is selected). A message may be included in the email to them along with a link (a 'token') to access that page - they become like a very limited temporary user. Once receiving the email they follow the link to open the page and add comments, answer questions and add attachments. They may only access that one page - nothing else in the workbook. Once their work is complete they mark as complete and an email is sent back to the creator of the share.
