A. If you have an attachment that may be edited (say a spreadsheet) first click it to download onto your computer. This means that once they have been edited the item it needs to be re-attached; replacing the original version which is still there.
So the process is:
- Open the attachment.
- Edit the attachment and save it somewhere on your computer.
- Back in Audit Assistant, click the 'edit' icon on the original attachment.
- Select 'replace file' and browse to your edited version.
- Upload the new version, replacing the original.
