Updated Terms of Use

Updates to our pricing structure, adding tools for compilation work, and offering additional services has prompted us to make a few minor changes to our Terms of Use as follows:

Introduction

This now reads:  "Audit Assistant Limited (“Audit Assistant”) offers a web-based software product designed to allow accountancy firms to manage their audit, review and compilation work, and to assist in the production of work-papers compliant with Financial Reporting, Compilation, Auditing, Compliance, Agreed Upon Procedures and Review Engagement Standards (“the Service")."

Previously compilation work was not mentioned.

Para 2.3

Now reads: "You will be billed monthly at your monthly billing date based on the service plan you have selected."

Previously based on number of clients on your system at your monthly billing date.

Para 4.6 

Now specifies that training, file review or customising work will be included as extra costs.

Previously just training was specified.

We also took the opportunity to make a couple of very minor referencing and wording clarifications.
