Schools Cyclical maintenance and 10YPP
A user asked about some components of our Schools template - page U3 - Provision for Cyclical Maintenance. It seems unclear to them as to what parts are referring to the Cyclical Maintenance plan itself - which apparently is just for painting, and the 10YPP, which is much more substantial but is a seperate thing from the Cyclical Maintenance plan I gather. Does anyone have any suggestions how we can tidy up this page in general to make it clearer which thing is being addressed? Also, they said that some points, such as 1.4 "Does adjustment provision agree to public equity?” - appears to redundant and should be removed. Do you agree? Are there any other points like this that should be removed?

Clarifying this after discussing with others, the ten year property plan (10YPP) forms the basis for the provision for cyclical maintenance (the calculation itself). We have tried to make this a bit clearer on the page and corrected 1.4 as changes inn the provision are to go through Profit and Loss not Equity. See MOE article.
