- We normally answer support inquiries within a short time frame (we aim for under an hour) depending on the urgency.
- Please contact us in the first instance through the support desk - we do not have a dedicated phone-based help-desk.
- This support hub also contains a comprehensive searchable knowledgebase - just enter into the search bar above.
- Cost of support is included in the subscription, however enquiries that include technical advice of an audit nature may be charged, as will time spent on custom work.
- Support is provided by the same people that write the software, so we are able to quickly resolve bugs.
