A. This relates to our change from our old login system where in the past someone may have been signed into different accounts. The sign-in process has now been merged into a single sign-in, but sometimes there is a problem. The name of the reviewer or user appears in the sidebar on the job however they cannot add review notes or follow-ups. To resolve - simply click edit on the user assigned to the job in the sidebar then save. This resets the user list in the database and it should work.
