A. Someone suggested that a comment should be able to be just swapped to a review note, to avoid the need for adding the same thing twice in both the comment and review note dialogue boxes.
When typing a response into say a comment box, it can be switched to be say a management point before saving simply by changing the selector - the text will stay in the box.
However, if the comment has been saved and you wish to make a management point you will need to create this separately. The initial comment could be copied and then deleted in this case.
