This file tells you if we were unable to download any files for whatever reason. Files listed in here have not been downloaded and put into the zip file and therefore will need to be recovered and added in for a complete backup.
Why Files Might Be Missing
Known Issue: May 27–29, 2023
A system glitch between May 27–29, 2023, caused some file uploads to fail permanently. These files weren’t properly saved and cannot be recovered. We’ve since rebuilt our systems to prevent this happening again and to alert users sooner if it does.
How to Fix or Retry
The export might be able to be done again and the files could come right. If you use SharePoint attachments, the attachments might not have been downloaded if your user account doesn't have access to SharePoint.
This can be resolved by logging into SharePoint in Audit Assistant under the Integrations tab in your profile settings or done by simply uploading a file to SharePoint.
Once you are logged in to shareponit, our Client duplicate and restore function can be used to roll the job back before the rollover and try again.
