If you are a third-party user, and an Audit Assistant client has shared a page with you to complete as part of their work, you may be asked to attach documentation to evidence your responses on the shared page. These may include scanned documents, PDF, Excel, Word, photos or audio/video files. The documentation can easily be attached directly into Audit Assistant.
- Simply click the 'attachment' button.
- Then click 'choose file,' you can then choose a file to upload from your computer.
- Once the file is selected, you can change the display name if required, then click 'add' to upload the file securely to the shared page.
- Once successfully uploaded, you will see the file saved directly below the work item, and a green tick will be visible on the right.
- Alternatively, you can simply drag the file from your file directory onto the 'attachment' button. If using this method, you can select multiple items to drop and drop.
- If there are multiple files to be uploaded, a recurring symbol will be displayed to the left of the work item. Simply attach the first file, then the attachment box will pop up again allowing you to attach more files.
