A. This is not good practice. I really you would finish a year, roll into the next year and start fresh. However, we realise this is not always possible.
If work must be done simultaneously, we suggest setting up the first year and completing the file for that as much as possible, then duplicate the job and change the dates to the next year(s).
That way you have multiple files with all the planning included at least. You will need to load the TB's in each time of course. There also is however no way to transfer additional data between the files once they have been duplicated as they will be treated as unique clients.
Once you have completed you should use the latest to roll over for the next year and delete the earlier ones once you have saved the final PDF's.
