Users may sort their Audit Assistant jobs by year-end date, next deadline date, last accessed date, and by name (the default). The list of jobs will resort accordingly.
Jobs may also be filtered by template category, dates, if they are active or assigned.
Category means kind of job (audit, review, compliance, etc), active refers to jobs that have been updated in the last quarter that were not just rolled over, and date filters let you see jobs last updated from a certain date until now, assigned jobs are jobs that you are assigned to via the sidebar in the job.
Notes
- Limited users can only see jobs that are assigned to them
- The grey boxes after the client name indicate the template type used for the job - this is also displayed in the sidebar when opening the job
- There are edit and duplicate/restore buttons on the right on the client items (tripple dots) (see client creation and deletion and client duplicate and restore function)
