Setting up
When creating or editing clients there is the option to make the client a part of a group. To do this, simply select the checkbox "Client is part of a group" and enter the group name under the group input as shown below.
After a new group is added, it can be selected from a dropdown when setting up a group for other clients.
Usage
On the home page, clients can also be sorted by group name using the sorting dropdown. The search function can also be used to search for groups as well as specific clients.
Within a client file, clients in the same group will appear in the sidebar. This can be used for navigating quickly between clients.
Many groups may share some of the same contacts. Our contact import/export tool can be used to quickly transfer contacts between clients.
