Setting up:
When creating or editing clients there is the option to make the client a part of a group.
- To do this, simply select the checkbox "Client is part of a group" and enter the group name under the group input as shown below.
- After a new group is added, it can be selected from a dropdown when setting up a group for other clients.
Usage:
- On the home page, clients can also be sorted by group name using the sorting dropdown.
- The search function can also be used to search for groups as well as specific clients.
- Within a client file, clients in the same group will appear in the Job Summary.
- This can be used for navigating quickly between clients.
- Many groups may share some of the same contacts. Our contact import/export tool can be used to quickly transfer contacts between clients.
