If users wish to access their profile to make any changes, they may click "My Profile" from the dropdown menu accessed by clicking on their profile icon.
From the profile page general user details can be updated and various other details can be accessed from the sidebar.
Account owners/Administrators may access all users on the account and make changes to their role or access levels.
Deadlines (external calendar option)
The deadlines tab lists all upcoming deadlines on clients the user is assigned to. It also provides a link that can be subscribed to using any major calendar system. Once a new calendar is set up it may be shared across the firm and will be regularly automatically updated as deadlines are added or completed for all the jobs the user is assigned to. This provides a great tool for planning of reviewing the status of workflow.

Assigned Items
Any new items that have been assigned to the user will show on this page organised by client. Any requests that have been responded to will also show on this list.
Instructions on how to assign Review Notes and Follow Ups can be found on our article on Follow Ups.
All new items from when this page was last opened will be highlighted in yellow to bring attention to them. Requests that have been responded to will always appear highlighted.
Notifications
Shows all of your notifications in chronological order. At this stage notifications are the same as Assigned Items, just in a different format.
