The index page appears when a job is opened. It shows all the pages used in the file, including attachments and generated documents and letters:
- In addition, the status of those pages is shown – incomplete (red), concluded (green), and reviewed.
- Reviews identify the person carrying out the review process in bold type.
- Attachments may be marked as reviewed by the auditor to indicate that they have been read and approved as part of the audit file.
- A concluded page shows the name of the person completing the page in regular type.
- The last work done on the page will show i.e. the highest level.
- It is not compulsory for all pages to be marked reviewed but all pages must be concluded before rollover.
The progress icon in the job summary page shows the number of pages created and completed opening the page indicates how many work items on each page are outstanding:
- The index is also displayed in the sidebar for quick navigation:
- To shortcut to a page use crtl+k then type the letter of the section show the relevant page link (e.g. ctl+k then V will bring up the H1 Expenditure page in the search bar). This is an alternative to scrolling through the sidebar index.

- Opening the search bar at the top left (also by using crtl+k) allows direct access via quick links to key pages (Trial Balance, Risks, Management Report, Adjustments, and Audit Summary Information page):
Viewing all available pages including those that have not yet been used
- Select the "view all available pages" button at top right of index page - (unused pages are in blue shading):
- Clicking on the link - say A7 here to open the Audit Continuance page - will link to the parent page by going back to where the target page may be created - in the case above to a Control Page point.
- Sometimes it may be necessary to follow the path to create the page and section - for example, where a page is a sub-page of another that has not yet been added - pages cannot be created without creating their pathway via other pages
